Those ceiling windows in the kids' room with no light block are just absurd!!! No air conditioning made it stuffy in summer. A little attention to the bathroom tap positioning would go a long way!!!

The room was spacious and immaculate, with a lovely kitchen that had everything you could need. I especially appreciated the dining area facing the beautiful garden.

Real good experience there. Very amiable staff, exceptional services, and incredible location just next door to cafes, Fiordland and the center of town and the lake. Well furnished and brand-new room with very clean-parking for car available and a private balcony, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. With a microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators.

The hotel was big with a great and lovely location really close to town centre from here. The staff was welcoming and very polite and the owner too.

The apartment felt spacious with a lovely private balcony perfect for morning coffee. A well-equipped kitchenette included everything needed for our stay, and the recently renovated bathroom was a nice touch. Mary, at the front desk, offered fantastic advice on local hikes and dining options. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the guest BBQ facilities. Only downside was the taps in the bathroom. They weren't mixed. Despite this, the overall comfort level and Mary's hospitality were good.

During our two-night stay, we had a wonderful time, especially enjoying the spacious atmosphere of our Superior King Studio. The kitchenette was well-equipped. The location was fantastic. I'm telling you, the hosts were very nice, they treat you like family. When we walked in, they had a sweet handwritten note and a box of chocolates waiting for us, a nice touch.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly the experience made it worth every penny.

The staff here were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the location is in a peaceful neighborhood, close to the beautiful lakefront, local restaurants, and the shores of the lake.

The location here is fantastic, being very close to Rainbow Reach and Southern Discoveries.
